Terms of Sale:

We take pride in providing our customers with quality goods and service. All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping, so that they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the situation that a defective item is received, we would require you to take the following steps:

 

Merchandise Returns

Request to be made via Merchandise Returns on the Vicki&Meg® website- within 7 working days of receiving the defective item

Provide as much information as possible regarding the defect

Our Product Specialists will review each case and revert within 2 business days

You may be required to provide images of the defect

Note: Measurements may vary slightly and the true color of an item may not be displayed accurately due to discrepancies in individual screen resolutions- such situations will not be considered as defective

 

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

Items are to be mailed back to us via Registered Mail within 5 business days of receiving our email with instructions, or the return/exchange request will be voided

Items are to be in the same condition received, and unused with all original tags attached

Customers can opt for a refund or for a replacement to be sent*

For products that are OOS, a refund will be given instead*

All refunds are made in the form of Vicki&Meg® store credits/vouchers only- initial shipping costs incurred (if any) will not be refunded

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind purchases

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, Vicki&Meg® does not accept returns/exchanges for defective earrings or earrings that have been sent incorrectly


* Shipping costs for replacement items are complimentary
* Customers who opt for a refund will be entitled to complimentary Registered Postage on their next order

 

Vicki&Meg® reserves the right to reject any requests to mail the exchange items alongside a new order
While we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of Merchandise Returns requests in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you

 

Backorders

To maintain exclusivity for our shoppers, we stock in limited quantities- if there is something you like, get it fast before it is gone!

While we may not always restock, you could contact our Customer Service Team to put in a request for items that are OOS

Delays or backorder cancellation may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays in shipping or insufficient materials- Vicki&Meg® store credits/vouchers will be issued accordingly

 

Vicki&Meg® Store Credits/Vouchers

Can only be used online at Vicki&Meg®

Are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-cumulative

No refund or residual credit will be given for orders lower than the value of the voucher used

For orders above the voucher value, the difference has to be made up for through payment
